I added these:

Also I have this one as well:
Philip: "Who are you?"
Kelner: "I'm the editor-in-chief of 'The Independent', Sir"
Philip: "What are you doing here?"
Kelner: "You invited me, Sir."
Philip: "Well, you didn't hve to come."
It's dated April 2002.
Wasn't sure of the format of that to be added.
